This second, 32-word part of the B2–C1 series blends workplace and business language (reorganise, downsize, oversee, collaborate) with more everyday, slightly informal words (fiddle, tinker, slack, mingle). You'll understand articles about a company being reorganised or downsized, or people being mistreated or repressed. You'll be able to say that you collaborate with a colleague, or that you're just slacking off a bit at work. This part opens up a more nuanced, slightly informal register of English at B2–C1 level.
