Hungarian verbs for play, travel and household tasks
This A0–A1 deck pairs English verbs with their Hungarian forms: játszani (play), ugrani (jump), repülni (fly), vezetni (drive) and fizetni (pay). Some meanings are phrases, such as fogat mosni (brush your teeth), teát készíteni (make tea) and busszal utazni (take the bus).
The English tell becomes mondani, one of the most useful everyday Hungarian verbs. Try the first five cards – play, jump, set, eat, care – without registering, with audio in both languages.
