Hungarian verbs for talking: from mondani to beszélgetni
This A0–A1 deck teaches 35 Hungarian verbs for speaking, asking and sharing. Where English splits say and tell, Hungarian uses mondani for both, and the deck shows it with valamit mond and vkinek elmond. It also covers köszönteni (greet), kérni (ask) and válaszolni (answer).
Most cards use the infinitive ending -ni, such as írni (write) and olvasni (read), which makes patterns easy to spot. The first five cards – mondani, adni, megmutat, naplót írni, énekelni – are free to try without registering.
