Sports and leisure activities in Hungarian
Hungarian names many activities with a noun ending in -ás or -és: túrázás is hiking, horgászás is fishing, kocogás is jogging and korcsolyázás is ice skating. This A1–B2 English–Hungarian deck covers winter and water sports (jégkorong, műugrás, vitorlázás, kajakozás), outdoor pastimes (túrázás, sziklamászás, táborhely) and adventure activities (siklóernyőzés, rafting, paintball).
A few borrowed words stay unchanged, so snowboard, rafting and paintball are the same in both languages, while diving as a sport is műugrás. The first five cards (hunt, ice hockey, boxing, diving, ice skating) are open to everyone without registering, sound included.
