Media – A0–B2
This 34-word media deck runs from A0 to B2 through news, television, and the internet: basic concepts (internet, message, email, ad) build up to media job titles (reporter, broadcaster, newscaster, narrator). You'll understand news headlines and weather forecasts, recognize show types (soap opera, chat show, documentary), and follow vocabulary around scandal and gossip. The list also spans older and newer technology words (telegram, CD-ROM, webcam), so you can track how media evolved from print to online content.

Media vocabulary in Hungarian: from the news to the studio
This A0–B2 deck brings 35 Hungarian media words: everyday ones like rádió (radio), tévé (TV), mobiltelefon (mobile phone) and képeslap (postcard), then newsroom terms such as főcím (headline), újságíró (journalist), hírolvasó (newscaster) and dokumentumfilm (documentary).
The first five cards – news, computer, letter, email, reporter – open without registering. Notice that hírek is plural in Hungarian while the English news is uncountable, and that szappanopera is a literal soap opera.
