Time – B1–C1
The B1–C1 Time deck (31 words) moves into more serious, abstract expressions: phase, peak, culmination, decade, presidency, overtime, drought, demise. You'll understand when someone talks about rush hour or a long respite, and you'll be able to describe precisely how a process starts and ends. Ideal if you want to follow news, biographies, or more serious narratives in English.

Time, periods and eras in Hungarian
Some Hungarian time words explain themselves: túlóra is túl (over) plus óra (hour), exactly like overtime, and csúcsidő is csúcs (peak) plus idő (time), the same idea as rush hour. This B1–C1 English–Hungarian deck then moves on to eras (korszak, ókor, háborús időszak), life events (nyugdíjazás, évforduló, advent) and big ideas (halhatatlanság, élettartam).
Szempillantás is the blink of an eye, built from szem (eye) and pillantás (glance), and it is a lovely word to say aloud. You can try the first five cards (phase, peak, decade, extension, rush hour) without registering, with audio in both languages.
